By agreeing to list my name on this site, I agree to the following:

I will educate my child about alcohol/substance abuse with respect to its dangers, social responsibility and our expectations as parents.
If I do provide alcohol to my child I will do so in small quantities in appropriate contexts and under my supervision.
Alcohol will not be provided to anyone else’s child unless I have the express permission of the child’s parents.
I will take responsibility for any gathering of my child and his/ her friends at my home or for one organized by me at another venue.
I undertake to report any unauthorized use of alcohol, drugs or other substance abuse which may occur at such a gathering for which I take responsibility to the parents of all the children involved.
