Fund Raising
The PTA provides a wide range of important services on a volunteer basis including fund raising, fostering good fellowship within the school community, arranging functions and catering. Some important fundraisers include the annual Evening Fair, Auctions, Golf Day, Cake Sales and Lucky Draws. Keep an eye on the School Communicator Calendar for all upcoming events.
Functions@Springfield
The functions portfolio covers the high-profile occasions such as the annual open-day, music events, art exhibitions and many other functions.
There are also dozens of lower profile events where the tea and coffee and muffins and biscuits appear as though by magic. Father's Day, Mother's Day etc all call for effort by the PTA committee.
We are always looking for help on these days so offers to man (woman?) tables will be gladly accepted.
Springfield Grounds
Much effort has been brought to bear on the condition of the fields and everyone can see the excellent effects of all the hard work.
Any suggestions about improvements in the grounds can be submitted through the suggestions menu above.
Tuck Shops
The tuck shops aim to supply the girls with a range of healthy and nutritious foods as well as some of the sweeter things in life.
Parents can pre-order meals for their children at the beginning of each term or the girls can buy what they need each day.
